Question 1

How do I start a project with Nxtr?

Accepted Answer

Starting a project with Nxtr is simple: send an email to hello@nxtr.dev or fill out the contact form at nxtr.dev/contact describing your project. Include what you are building, your rough timeline, and any technical context you have. A real engineer (not a sales rep) will read your message and reply within 24 hours. We then schedule a 30-minute discovery call to scope the project, after which we send a detailed technical proposal within 48 hours.

Question 2

Does Nxtr sign NDAs before discovery calls?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nxtr is happy to sign a mutual NDA before any discovery call if you prefer to discuss confidential details. Simply mention this when you reach out and we will send a standard mutual NDA for signature before the call. We take client confidentiality seriously and never share project details with third parties.

Question 3

How quickly does Nxtr respond to enquiries?

Accepted Answer

Nxtr responds to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days. A real engineer reads every message — not an automated system or a business development person. If your project is time-sensitive, mention it in your message and we will prioritise your response. For urgent enquiries, email hello@nxtr.dev directly.

Question 4

What information should I include when contacting Nxtr?

Accepted Answer

The more context you provide, the faster we can give you a useful response. Helpful information includes: (1) what you are building or the problem you are solving; (2) which AI service you are interested in (LLM, RAG, agents, fine-tuning, etc.); (3) your rough timeline and budget range; (4) your current technical stack if relevant; (5) whether you have existing data or are starting from scratch. You do not need a perfect spec — we are happy to help you think through the approach.

Question 5

Does Nxtr work with early-stage startups?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nxtr works with pre-seed startups, Series A companies, and enterprise teams alike. For early-stage founders, we offer lean MVP scopes that get a working AI system into production quickly, with a clear path to scale. We have helped multiple founders go from idea to funded product using AI as a core differentiator. Contact hello@nxtr.dev to discuss your stage and what would make sense.

Question 6

What is Nxtr's pricing model?

Accepted Answer

Nxtr primarily works on a fixed-scope project basis — we define the deliverables, timeline, and price upfront so there are no surprises. For ongoing work and long-term partnerships we also offer monthly retainer arrangements. All projects start with a free discovery call and scoping session. Pricing varies by service: RAG pipelines start at $15,000, AI agents from $20,000, fine-tuning from $10,000. Email hello@nxtr.dev for a scoped estimate.
