Agents are useful when a workflow needs decisions across several steps: looking up context, selecting a tool, preparing an action, and checking the outcome. For a predictable process, conventional automation may be simpler and more reliable.

Start with the right questions.
We walk through the current process with the people doing the work. We identify repetitive decisions, exceptions, and actions that would be costly to get wrong. A bounded pilot tests the workflow on representative cases before access or autonomy expands.
Engineering for the real world.
An agent should not receive unrestricted access simply because it can call tools. Permissions, approval gates, and recovery paths are part of the product. Multiple agents add coordination overhead and are useful only when the task benefits from distinct responsibilities.

Can an agent work with our existing software?
Yes, where supported APIs or integrations are available. Discovery checks authentication, permissions, rate limits, and the operations each system allows.
Do all actions need human approval?
Approval requirements depend on the consequences of the action. We define those boundaries with your team, especially for external messages, financial commitments, or changes that are hard to undo.
How do you measure whether an agent works?
We use representative tasks and exceptions to measure completion quality, tool correctness, escalation behavior, latency, and cost. A successful demonstration alone is not a production acceptance test.
